These Terms of Service govern your use of mellowsong.ca and purchases made through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.

Products

Mellowsong™ offers silk sleep essentials, hair accessories, care accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colours, measurements, materials, photographs, and prices accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural material variations.

We reserve the right to update products, pricing, availability, promotions, and website content where appropriate.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance.

Mellowsong™ may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability, unauthorized resale, or other errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.

Canadian customers may see pricing in CAD, while U.S. customers may see pricing in USD.

Market-specific pricing may not represent an exact currency conversion.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed or accounted for during checkout where applicable.

Shipping

Mellowsong™ currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Canadian complimentary standard shipping on orders of $120 CAD or more applies only to eligible Canadian orders.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current shipping rates, delivery information, U.S. DDP information, and other shipping terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

U.S. Orders

U.S. orders may be shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

Where DDP applies, applicable import duties, tariffs, and import-related charges are handled as part of the checkout and shipping process where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the products identified in that policy are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of a change of mind.

Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item should contact Mellowsong™ within the timeframe stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy so that the claim can be reviewed.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with our products and on our website.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, excessive force, alteration, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Beauty & Wellness Information

Mellowsong™ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
